Officially opened by Rt. Hon. Patricia Hewitt MP-The Secretary of State for the Department of Trade and Industry in July 2001, also attended by Rt. Hon Keith Vaz MP and Mr Karan Bilimoria CBE, Chief Executive and founder of Cobra Beer.
